Naked Digital is not in great financial shape to send him to go. He says it is a sure thing. Promised us he'd come back with a signed contract if we paid for him to go. So we all decide to send him to go. Cathy says she wants to go. Steven says she may not be able to be in the meeting.

Mauree and Morgan decided they would entertain a buy out from Steven. Even as hard as it was, it seemed the best solution for the company and employees. Steven was instructed to make an offer. Steven said he had investors and could put an offer together. We said to not insult us with an offer.

Which proves Steven, knowing he wanted out, persuaded his part partners just a few day priors to this meeting to finance a trip to Trinidad so he could sell the clients and take them with him.

Steven brings Luis Vecchi in to help find a solution to break up the partnership "in a amicable" fashion. Mauree nor I were forewarned or prepared to have such a conversation. Morgan had to cancel an important lunch meeting. Luis was ultimately there to talk about dissolving the company to Mauree and I. Luis suggested he'll pay off the ondeck loan so Morgan can walk away. Luis also admitted they had talked about this for over a week.

Steven said the date was moved up for Trinidad to Wednesday as opposed to Thursday cause it's a holiday supposedly. He tried changing it but then can't. So the dates stays to Thursday.
