    The earliest form music was most lkely drum based, because that was what was most readily avilable at any time, the first insrtuments that we used in ancient times that we still use today is the flute and the harp. The Egyptians created the first harp and flute.And by 3500BCE the Egyptians had created lyers and doubled reeded clarinets.
