    The Sudetenland was part of Germany until 1806 and of the German Confederation between 1815 and 1866. When Czechoslovakia was forced to accept the terms of the Munich Agreement on Sept 29th 1938.the region was relegated to German control between October 1 and October 10, 1938. During September 1938 caused them to try to reach an agreement that would prevent war. Blitzkrieg was first used by the Germans in World War Two the period between Germany's defeat of Poland in October 1939 and her invasion of Norway in April 1940 is often referred to as the "Phony War." The French stiffened their defenses while the British moved troops to the continent. The attack sent the defending troops reeling. Admiral Nagumo kept attaching, they attacked again. They had many bombs and sights set where they would bomb. The US got out of war and they got out of the great depression then this happened. The loss of men, tanks, planes, bullets, and guns severely weakened both armies, but since the Germans were fighting a two front war, their disaster had far more devastating consequences. Hitler’s initial plan was to launch a counter-offensive in the West in hopes of splitting the British and American lines and capturing the “port of Antwerp with its vast stores of Allied military supplies”, enough to re-equip the Germans own stocks.
