  • Who was he?

    Martin Luther King Jr. was a baptist or minister who took one of the biggest rolls in the civil rights movement. He had given many people hope and even if others did not like him, he made sure that peace was the way to go. He never wanted to fight and maybe that's because he was a minister but he had helped people believe in equal rights.
  • Who was involved?

    The assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. had happened in Memphis Tennessee on April 4th 1968 a little after 6 p.m when a sniped had hit him n the back of the neck and he had died an hour later in a Memphis hospital. The person that had killed him was named James Earl Ray who got convicted on his 51st birthday that he had killed one of the best people in the history (From my point of view) to live.
  • Why was it important?

    This was one of the most important historical assassinations in american history. Not only did he only want peace, but martin Luther king just wanted peace and equality for other races in the south
  • Where did it happen?

    The assassination was in a little motel in Memphis Tennessee. Where martin was standing on the balcony and had gotten shot by a sniper and had been dead an hour later in a local hospital.
