Member receives a Welcome Email from DirectBuy within 24 hours after joining with a message from Mike Bornhorst. Welcome email talks about logging into the website to start saving and encourages them to schedule a NMO if they haven't already. -

Member receives their first Club Exclusive email. These are 3-4 times per week in the US, possibly 5 in the future. 3 times in Canada. -
Welcome Email #2
Member receives a second welcome email on Day 2 of membership reminding them of all the benefits they now have access to - Inspired, Club Exclusives, the website, local kitchen designers, contractors/installers, etc. -

Member receives their first Inspire to Save email. These arrive once per week on Saturday/Sunday. -
