Receives temporary login credentials and membership cards with welcome message at club before leaving. They are encouraged to sign up for a NMO at the club before they leave. Upon arriving home, they'll have an email with their login credentials, as well.

Member receives a Welcome Email from DirectBuy within 24 hours after joining with a message from Mike Bornhorst. Welcome email talks about logging into the website to start saving and encourages them to schedule a NMO if they haven't already.

Member receives their first Club Exclusive email. These are 3-4 times per week in the US, possibly 5 in the future. 3 times in Canada.

Member receives a second welcome email on Day 2 of membership reminding them of all the benefits they now have access to - Inspired, Club Exclusives, the website, local kitchen designers, contractors/installers, etc.

Member receives their first Inspire to Save email. These arrive once per week on Saturday/Sunday.

Member receives an email a week after joining explaining when they'll receive their membership cards, and the email also contains new member coupons that will be similar to what they'll receive in the mail when their membership cards arrive.

Members who made a purchase and that purchase was validated the previous week receive a post purchase survey. If a member has purchased more than once in past 6 months, they only receive one survey.
