Jamstown founded
In 1607, 13 years before the Pilgrims landed in Massachusetts, a group of 104 English men and boys began a settlement on the banks of Virginia's James River. They were sponsored by the Virginia Company of London, whose stockholders hoped to make a profit from the resources of the New World. The community suffered terrible hardships in its early years, but managed to endure, earning the distinction of being America's first permanent English colony. -

The Declaration of Independance was a statement adopted by the Continental Congress on July,4 1776 which announced that the thirteen American colonies that time at war with Great Britain regarded themselves as indepedent states and no longer part of the British empire. -
Lincoln Assasination
when Abraham Lincoln was watching a play in Ford's Theater called "Our American Cousin" Booth was right behind him. He shoot Lincoln with a percussion-cap pistol in the back of Lincoln's head. Then he jumped onto the stage and said "The South is Avenged. He broke his left leg. Booth killed Abraham Lincoln right after the union won the civil war. -
Pearl Harbor
On the morning of December 7, 1941, the Japanese launched a surprise air attack on the U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. After 2 hours of bombing more than 2,400 americans were dead, also 21 ships were sunk or damaged by the japenese forcing us to abandon our policy of not getting into a war and we declared war on Japan,officially bringing us into World War 2. -
Assasination of John.F Kennedy
Nobody knew how Kennedy died. People think mostly that it was about money. Kennedy's assasination was more devastating then Lincoln's assasination.Kennedy once said, “Look, if someone wants to sit up in a window and take potshots at someone as they ride by, there’s not a hell of a lot they can do to stop him.” -
9/11 Attack
On that day 2 planes crashed into the Twin tower. When the first plane crashed everyone thought it was a accident. When the second plane crashed everyone knew that this was no accident. Osama Bin Laden's people hijacked a plane and sent it to the Twin Towers. The third plane hit the pentagon in Washington D.C. People say that the fourth plane was supposed to hit the U.S capitol's building in Washington D.C. The peoplein the fourth plane fought with the hijacker and died but landed in a field. -
