    This includes setting-up the protocol for the following experiments:
    - Time-Lapse Microscopy
    - Cell-cycle Assay (72h after Cardiotoxin)
    - Clonogenic Assay
    - Self-renewal Assay
    Also, the cells isolated from WT mice will be used for the minor project.

    Tamoxifen Injection Mi-2β Fl/Fl Pax7 CreERT/+ Zsgreen

    Sample: Injections will be done in seven CreERT + and seven CreERT- mice (control).
