  • Search Deed Books

    Find deed for said property and print.

  • Tax Information

    Look up taxes related to said property and print pertinent information.

  • Create Agreement

    Enter all data found so far on said property.

  • Measure Home

    Meet with client at said property and measure exterior and interior.

  • Take pictures

    Return to said property to take pictures of listing.

  • Finalize descriptions

    Fine tune house descriptions and features for listing. Make sure client agrees with descriptions.

  • List the House!

    Compile all of the data collected and enter into public database for real estate.
