Lincolns are forced to move to Knob Creek Farm

Abe's family was forced to move to Knob Creek Farm. It was 8 miles north of their original home.

Abe's first brother was born.

Abraham's first brother, Thomas wasn't alive for that long. He died infancy. Tommy died when he was not even 3 days old. The birth and death day are both unknown.

Abe gets kicked by a stubborn horse

Abraham was commanding a stubborn horse. Lincoln got up and the horse kicked him in the face. Lincoln loved to ride horses, and play with them when he was a child. The date that he got kicked is unknown.

Abraham stepmother dies

Abraham’s stepmother died on October 5 because of milk sickness. Abe was very close to his stepmother. Then, Sarah Lincoln decided to take over the family. Sarah Lincoln is Abraham's older sister.

Abe's Sister Sarah Died

Abe’s sister, Sarah died while giving birth. When Abraham was only 19 years old. Abraham was very close to Sarah. Then Abe was in charge of the family for not to long after that.
