    I'll exercise every so often in order to maintain my body weight or my BMI, I"ll also be sure to eat healthily by cutting how fat foods I eat as well as salty foods I eat and I'll get a medical check-up/physical exam every year 1 to 3 times a year, I'll get any exams and screenings that are needed and/or recommended by my doctor.

    My focus on healthily living in my 40s would be to exercise regularly with a balanced amount of strength-training and stamina-training, eat healthily by not drinking sodas, drinking lots of water, drinking moderately, eating lots of fruits and vegetables and etc. I would, when come to health care, go for a medical check-up once or twice a year based on how my health is and whether anything has felt and abnormal and I would go for any exams that are recommended for me by my doctor.
