  • Cut ears clan

    In Kanha National Park George Schaller is researching tigers. As George was walking one morning, he stumbled across a rare sight. He saw a female tiger, also known as a tigress feast upon hear kill. A dead gaur, an animal similar to the bison, was lying dead in the field where the tigress stood. George quickly examines the tigress and notices her cut ear. Schaller calls this big striped cat cut ear after his analysis. Out of the brush behind cut ear, pop out four tiger cubs.
