A new governor arrived from Great Britain to rule over the colony and when he had several disagreements with some of the officials, he fired them. These officials were mad ans so they began writing articles which they got a newspaper publisher, John Pter Zenger to publish. The newspaper becomes very popular with the colonists and he is later arrested for taking authoirty away from the governor.
