Unique: It is the tallest building (over 828 metres), the tallest structure and the tallest free-standing structure in the world. Temporary: Timeline commenced January 2004 and was opened on the 4th January 2010.

The project is unique as the mosque is the largest Mosque in the UAE. The project is temporary as construction was completed in 2007. The outcome was a mosque that represented many different cultures and became the burial site of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The project is unique as it includes a waterpark and an aquarium. The project is temporary as construction began in 2006 and was completed in September of 2008. The outcome was the first luxury resort to be built on the manmade island of the palm Jumeriah.
