    Booth and hi shenchmen had a meeting and discussed how they were going to kill the president and the vice president and also the speaker of the house.

    Richmond surrendured and the war became close to ending.

  • General Lee

    Lee surendured and the war came to an end.

    Booth new that he would try to assasinate the president at exactly 10:00 P.M when the stage had only only a few characters on the stage.

  • 10:00 P.M

    He shot lincoln in the back of the head and leaped on the stage, but landed ackwardlyand later he found he had broke his leg.

  • The pursuit

    Booth knows that he is about to have the worst 2 weeks of his life. Becasue he is about to began which we all know about today, the 12 day pursuit of john wilkes booth.

    Lincoln had died at 7:02 A.M

    Easter Sunday was known as Black Easter to people that lived during Lincolns death.

    On day three of finding booth. 3 of his henchmen that helped kill the vice president and the speaker of the house were kidnapped .

  • Bounty

    Only two henchmen have not been caught along with Booth. All three of them had just got a 100,000 dollar bounty put on them.

  • The hideout

    Booth ran into one of his henchmen and the henchmen was going to a buddy''s house for a night. Booth went along with him. They gathered the stuff and went of to the house.

  • The boat

    After they hidout at a friends house for a night. They found a boat and the took it down stream to try and reach Virginia.

  • Virginia

    They had finally reached Virginia soil

  • Spliting up

    Booth and the henchmann would split up, but again meet on the 25th at the garetts farm.

  • Higher bounty

    The bounty on booth was now raised to 140,000 dollors by the government.

  • No more henchmen

    The last henchmen went to garrets farm as booth said. Booth did not show up, but soldiers did. They had trapped the henchmen into a shed and they sot and beat him to death.

  • the pursuit is over

    Booth had showed up on the 26th instead of the 25th,but the soldiers were still htere. They shot boothe, but did not kill him. Booth begged to die,but the soldiers wanted his bounty.

  • Money

    The money ffor capturing booth was split between several soldiers,. Then booth was shot and killled. To this day nobody knows who actually shot the bullet that killed John Wilkes Booth.
