    Steven Hicks was picked up by Damher as a hitch-hiker. Damher brought him back to his parents house, got the man drunk and striking him on the head and strangling him with a dumbbell when Hicks tried to leave. He dismembered the body and put them in plastic bags, he later smashed the bones with a sledgehammer and scattered them around his parents backyard. (source 1)

    After leaving the army before his enrollment was up, Dahmer moved to Miami where he slept on the beach for a few months. After a arrest for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest while drunk, his father eager him to move back to Wisconsin where he lived with his grandmother. (source 1)

    Jeffrey was arrested when he exposed himself while urinating to a group of children in Milwaukee. Another version of the story says he was masturbating. By now, Dahmer was a frequent visitor to gay bars and bath houses. He was banned from one bath house because of accusations that on at least four separate occasions he took someone to a private booth and drugged them. No charges were filed, however one of the victims was hospitalized for a week. (source 2)

Earlier, it had been sex, drugging then murder. At least once he tried drugs, murder, sex. This is drugs, sex and murder.

The boy escaped, naked in the street. Neighbors called police, but Dahmer convinced them the boy was his lover who had a little fight. Police returned him to Dahmer, who strangled him when he was returned. Dahmer had sex with his body, took pictures and mutilated him. His skull was found in Dahmer's apartment.

    Tracy Edwards, 32 escaped from Dahmer still in handcuffs and got a police car and led them to Dahmers. They found photos of victims and body parts in refrigerator/freezer. After, the contents of Dahmers freezer were all over tv. Bio suits were needed because of the smell and the acid. With as much evidence they had it's not surprising that Jeffrey caved. His dry, unemotional descriptions of murdering seventeen men showed the reality of brutality and sadism that Edwards' testimony said.

    By 10-2 majority vote, a jury found Dahmer to be sane in each murder. Testimony from defense and prosecution experts took weeks and was extremely gruesome. One expert testified that Dahmer periodically removed body parts of his victims from the freezer and ate them. Another testified that this was a lie Dahmer told to make himself seem insane.     Dahmer and two other inmates were assigned to clean the staff bathroom of the Columbia Correctional Institute gymnasium in Portage, Wisconsin. Guards left them alone to do their work for about twenty minutes, starting at around 7:50 a.m. When Dahmer was discovered, he was unconscious and his head and face were bloody. He died on the way to the hospital from multiple skull fractures and brain trauma. (source 2)
