  • University of Iowa Recreation and Wellness Center

    University of Iowa Recreation and Wellness Center

    Phase 3 of the renvoation of the Terrry Trueblood Recreation Area included trails, grading, a natural play area, parking, and, the main focus of the phose, the construction of the lodge and park shelters.

    UI Main Library Renovation
    The University of Iowa Main Libaray is being renovated beginning this summer. The renovations are in order to create a more comfortable, student-friendly atmosphere. Construction is predicted to last throughout Summer 2012. The library will remain closed for the summer.

    Beginning in June, the houses located on Melrose Place, a street off of Melrose Avenue, will be demolished for construciton. The construciton will be a parking ramp for the UIHC.
