Charmaine researched on the relevant organisations that served our target group (the elderly), and found some conducive locations that would allow us to carry out our purpose effectively. -

Deciding to work with another group and filling them in on the details. -
Proposal drafting
Gwyneth drafted the main proposal for execution of plans, and deciding on the details e.g. what games, considerations, how to avoid potential issues from arising. For later usage in email proposal. -
Email sent to organisation for approval
Tarif drafted an email proposal informing the relevant personnel heading THKSAC about our plans, seeking approval for execution. Briefly outlined the activities, carnival plan, and overview of our aims. -
Proposal approved by organisation
Received a reply from THKSAC informing us that they were willing to accept our proposal to be executed on the 27th of June. -

Tarif, Charmaine and Clara went to Arab Street to gather materials e.g. marbles, tikam board -
