    The person eats the food and the body then creates a protein that can detect the harm subtance.

    The anitbody attatches to the ceels found in tissues all over the body. This prepares the body to expect the food if it enters the body again.

    When the food enters the body again, it attaches to antibodies. It then sends out singals to the body and release large amounts of histamine.

    The histamine then causes sweeking and irritation in some parts of the body.

    The resukt of histamine can vairy from each person. It can range from hives to anaphylaxis
