Alien Enemies Act
Required applicants for citizenship to have declared intention to becoming a citizen five years before admitting a application. Also, person must have in Untied States for 14 years. Act was implemented on all new aliens. -
Chinese Exclusion Act
Chinese laborers were suspended immigrate to the Untied States becuase the United States feared they were taking there jobs. If you were found bringing Chinese into the country, you would be fined 500 dollars or imprisoned for a year. All Chinese were to be deported. -
Wartime Measure
If any American offical had any suspesion that an immigrant was entering the country to harm the public, they could be denied of any visa. -
Real ID Act
Standards for drivers licenses and non-driver identification cards were established, definitions of terrorist organizations and terrorist activity were expanded, waiver authority to expand borders were expanded, a screening database was established.
