The Fischer's

Incision refinement
Dr. Pierre Fournier contributed to refining the use of the local anesthetic, lidocaine. Fournier refined the Fischers’ entry technique using a criss-cross method utilizing several incision sites rather than just one or two in order to give more even contouring. He also introduced the concept of compression.

"Illouz method"
Dr. Yves-Gerard Illouz introduced suction-assisted method for removing fat cells.Yves-Gerard used cannula to inject fluid into tissue to break up the fat deposits and removed by suction. The results of this technique was more desireable and was not deadly.
