The U.S enters WW1
Germany sent mexico a telegraph that was intercepted by the U.S. The telegraph was saying if mexico would become an ally they could invade the U.S and get Texas back. And then the U.S declared war on Germany. -
The Great Depression
The Great depression was a result of a stock market crash in 1929. Barely anyone had any money, everyone was thinking that the prices would go up and when everyone would buy the stocks nobody bought the products. Causing the market to crash and years of depression. -
World War 2 begins
Britain and France went along with Hitlers policy to get peace and Hitler had other plans he invaded Poland and Britain and France declared war on Germany. -
Pearl Harbor And Declaring for War
There was a surprise attack on Hawaii naval base with 188 airplanes killing 2,400 people and injuring over 1,000. The next day U.S declared war with japan and 4 days later Germany and Italy declared war on the U.S. -
D-Day
allied forces for Britain, America, Canada, and France invade the coast of Normandy against German forces. The allied power had about 150,000 soldiers and they gained victory and made the turning point of WW2.
