Only becuase edison didnt do it,the Lumere Brothers made the projector and then released it to audiences in 30-60 second intervals. Like edison,they didnt go all out and made the movies only 30-6 seconds long,when they can make it as long as they wanted it to be.but in the end it became very profitable.

7 years later,the Nickelodeons got so popular that it attracted over 26 million people every week,finally making the movie buisiness a huge monopoly.It attracted Many investors so edison acted quickly and later took control of the buisiness becuase it was his idea to begin with in the first place anyway.

Edison made the MPPC(Motions Picture Patents Company) the plan was to make everything needed for the film industry and to own everything in the film industry,because that what a monopoly is.If independent companies tried to compete,Edison and his boys would come knocking on their door and beat you up!

Th Infamous Holywood was born because eople got tired of getting beat up by Edision,so they moved to California and ade movies there.Why?Becuase it provided a fast and easy escape route to our neighbors,Mexico.

The MPPC did not reveal actors and actresses names because they feared that they might get famous and demand more money.But in Holywood,acttors/actreses were given credit and then i return became famous leading more people into Hollywood. So the MPPC was soon faling apart becuase no one liked them at all,they were greedy after all
