Russian Revolution
WW1,food shortages, and growing poverty rates were gwowign problems in Russia which lend the Russian Revoulution. Due to the Russian Revolution Russia withdrew from WW1, the USSR was formed, and Russia became a communist government. -
Treaty of Versailles
Because of Germany's action in WW1 the Treaty of Versailles was made
The Treaty of Versailles made Germany pay money,lost all their colonies, and had to demiliterize. -
World Wide Depression
Because the Stock market crash in the USA the world also fell into a depression because the value of each dollar decreased because its based on the US dollar.
The World Wide Depression lend to Germany using the Jews as a scapegoat, and it lend to the rise of nazism.

Treaty of Versailles, the World Wide Depression, using jews as a space goat ending with the rise of Nazism.

The Holocaust
The common pratice of anti-semitism, nazism, and the fact that Germans were using the Jews as a scapegoat created the attemped genocide of all Jews, know as the Holocaust.
The Holocaust triggered many things like the death of 6 million Jews, the dislike of Germans by SOME Jews, and many countries did things to make sure that no more genocides occur.

The causes of World War Two were WW1 and Germany breaking the Treaty of Versailles.Germany's borders were shortened to its orginal borders, the UN was formed, It marked the end for dictatorship in Europe.

The USA's goal to contain communism and the USSR's goal to spread communism lend to the Rise of the Superpowers.
The sudden Rise of the Superpowers lend to The Cold War, Lots of Civil wars in newly freed colonies being backed by the US and the USSR. -
The Berlin Wall
A wall put up by the USSR that divided capitalist East Berlin with commmunist West Berlin.
1961-1989 -
Reunification of Germany
After multiple countries influenced by the USSR became non-communism countries there were protests in Germany to untire the country.
With Germany now a democracy the USSR strated to lose control ver quickly over the countries under it's rule which relly kicked off the fall of the Soviet Union. -
Fall of Soviet Union
Mikhail Gorbachev slowly lessend his control over his communism influenced countries changed to democratic goverments and a few countries (including Germany) which lend to the collapse of the USSR.
We are still being effected by the collapse of the Soviet Union,many civil wars were stopped because Soviet Union and USA both withdrew the support, many countries estaiblished democratic goverment systems.
