While writing Les Méthodes nouvelle de la mécabique céleste (The New Methods Of Celestial Mechanics) Poincare was brought to new findings and insights which led him to to become what some call him “the father of algebraic topology”. Poincare looking back at his life’s work and wrote essays inquiring the nature of life and space. These writings influenced future thinkers and still do to this day. La Science te I’hypothèse(1903;Science and Hypothesis), La Valeur de la science (1905;The Value of Science), and Science te méthode (1908;Science and Method). He also had a recently unsolvable problem coined “Poincare Conjecture”
