What we noticed about the costumes was that everyone in the video is wearing the same costume or something very similar and the same grey coloured costumes.

The location seems to be an abandoned house, with dust, dirt and broken windows etc. The costumes link as the dancers wearing the costumes themselves are look dirty suggesting that the dancers were living there as well.

As Sia is seen as pop artist there seems to be no correlation with the costumes and the genre as pop costumes are often flashy jewellery and trendy clothes.
