Mar 3, 1833 Mendel is sent secondary school. Mar 3, 1841 Mendel 2 years studying at the University of Olmutz. Mar 3, 1843 Mendel joins the Augustinian order at the St. Thomas Monastery. Mar 3, 1850 Mendel fails the oral portion of his teaching exam. Mar 3, 1851 Mendel enrolls in the University of Vienna. Mar 3, 1853 Mendel returns to the Abbey to teach physics.
