    He was a former state senator. He is classified as one of the founding fathers of the United States. He was in office for 3 years.

    He was one of the people who signed the Declaration of Independence. He lived in Philadelphia and was a leader a politician, a physician, an educator and a humanitarian. He founded Dickinson College. He was born January 4th, 1746.

They also state in the bill of rights what the government can and can’t do, so that they don’t control everything about everyone. The Bill of Rights was also influenced by the Virginia Declaration of Independence that was written by George Mason.
