And losing was not in their book: they would do whatever it took to gain victory. They believed either die in battle or don't die at all. Surrender would no longer make you a human being.

    The treaty of Versailles is a peace treaty that made Germany pay for the reparations of WW1. Also Germany had to give land back to who ever they took it from. It also shrunk Germany's Army to only 100,000 men. It also affected their navy as well to only 15,000. Was not allowed to have Air Force or tanks so they were kinda defenseless. Even though a lot of countries thought it was unfair or to harsh it was still out into action

    The Dawes plan was the first attempt at a treaty. It tried to take the pressure of Germany to pay all the reparations. It attempted to split them between France and Belgium. The plan also provides a end to the allied occupation. In fact this plan was so well built and worked so much, the creator(s) received the Nobel Peace Price in 1925

The food was being take from homes and families to go to our troops fighting wars. Which left many people to die along with the dust from the super dry dirt. All efforts were focused on the military to make sure no one attacked us at our weakest moments. We proved our size by pulling through something other countries would never be able to recover from.
