What is the Michael Jackson effect? Michael Jackson is "The King of Pop," and loved by all. Unfortunately, is no longer with us because of a sudden death. But, in order to commemorate "The King of Pop," people were purchasing things to help them feel closer to Michael Jackson. This is what the Michael Jackson effect was. I will always remember "The King of Pop," and keep playing his songs that I enjoy listening to. -
