15th century Horse Drawn Carriage http://wiki.answers.com/Q/When_was_the_horse_drawn_carriage_invented
This a horse drawn carriage that was invented in Hungary in the fifteenth century. This was a somewhat slow ride because the speed depended on the speed of the horse. At top speed the horse drawn carriage would only go 30 to 35 miles an hour. This was a very significant invention at the time period because it picked up the speed of travel. We would think that 30 miles per hour is very slow but the speed improved because before the horse and buggy they traveled as fast as they could walk.

Even though it was not successful this car is important because it was the first car besides the wind car, which had no pictures.
