A small country invades our country, and tries to take our land, gold, etc. Through a makeshift militia we defend ourselves, but the nation has learned a lesson they will not forget -
Establish governmental privileges, such as taxes and military
The government can now collect taxes and form a military -
Create a strong federal government
The new government can now collect taxes, create armies, and create new laws as long as they do not harm or persecute citizens. This government has three branches, and the executive branch is made up of 15 representatives, one for each state. -
Revolts over rights of the people
Clear and Explicit document signed by every representative in the presidency, and every right given to the citizens is listed and protected. Violating these rights will result in investigation, trial, and possible impeachment. -
Several new acts
Public schooling: Taxes now pay for free education, with inspections every other year to ensure efficient spending. All children between 5 and 16 must be enrolled in some sort of school. Occupation Act: All workers and businessmen are now entitled to healthcare as well as their families, including adopted children. Students in college also qualify for this benefit. Public Voices: The public has the right to protest peacefully, as well as petition for change. -
Formal Completion of Government
After the last of the acts has taken effect, this date is now recognized as the completion of the government. While the government can amend laws and rules, the foundation is completed.
