Ernst Waldfried Josef Wenzel Mach was born in Moravia.
-
Mach studied Physics at the University of Vienna
-
Mach proposed that the outer edges of a gradient and the thin inner created an optical illusion. Mach insisted that the brain is not only responsible for processing stimuli, but that our senses are responsible for some of the work. He maintained that the constant stimuli would receive less awareness and that which changes will be brought into the equilibrium. https://youtu.be/4ZEn7QUqKIM
