The Natzis passed the Nurenburg laws which stated that all jews had to wear the star of Bethlehem as a classification , no jews could be married with non jews, also jews werent allowed to shop at non jewish stores, own buisnesses, and basically werent a part of society. -

Elie and his family are transported to Birkanue. Male and females were separated and he remained with his father. Luckily he and his fathers life had been spared. -
Transportation
Elie and his fathers and others where transported to Auschwitz. He meets an old familly friend who soon learnes the terible faith that came upon his family. -

Sadly Elie sees himself doing what he asked god to never allow for him to betray his father in such away in order to selfishly acquire more for himself. -

The End
Elie's father is very sick and will not hold on much longer. They are transported to their last destination Buchenwald where his father died and his last words being Elie. -
Afterwards
He remains until April 11th where he is liberated. To him nothing matters anymore except an extra ration of bread becuase now all there is to live for is life itself. -
Rescue
Soviet forces capture Budapest saving the lives of 120,000 Jews. -
