Hong Kong governemnt said that the documents submitted by the U.S do not “fully comply with the legal requirements under Hong Kong law” so they are in no position to stop him from leaving. In another statement, WikiLeaks said that it was assisting him. -

John Kerry, U.S Secretary of State urges Russia to hand Snowden over. Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, claims that Snowden was never in the borders of Russia, but Putin later says that Snowden is at the airport. -
UN Secretary General Critisizes Snoowden
UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon said that Sowden misused his rights to his access to his information and created problems greater than the public benefits of disclosure.
