    The US dropped a uranium gun-type (Little Boy) bomb on Hiroshima calling for a Japan surrender that they didn't get. This is the closing point on the world causing the Japanese to surrender pulling the US out of the depression it was in.

    Three days after the Hiroshima bombing the US dropped a plutonium implosion-type (Fat Man) bomb on Nagasaki. When the war ended there were more jobs for the people to have increasing money in the economy pulling the US out of its depression.
