Eli is interviewed at Dr. Wyatt's office after drunkenly sending an e-mail asking for a job. Eli is given a lab assisstant position. -

Eli told his father and Vivian, his girlfriend, he got a job but hid the location from his father. -

Eli's father then tries to persuade him to go to college instead. But Eli knows that neither of them can afford it. -

Viv confronts Eli, saying she wants to meet his parents finally.
He promises she'll meet them at graduation. -

Graduation Day---Dr. Wyatt shows up, prompting Eli's father to leave in anger.
After the ceremony, Viv still never meets Eli's family.
Later, Dr. Wyatt takes Eli for a celebration dinner. -

When Eli came home, he found a note from his father, asking him to quit his job at Dr. Wyatt's office. -

Eli starts working at the lab with Larry Donahue and Mary Alice Gregorian. There he worked with rabbits. His job was to feed them and do routine analysis with them. -

Every Saturday he visits his mother at the nursing home. She is dying from HD. -

After fighting with his father about being tested for HD, Eli called Dr. Wyatt and met him for lunch. Then he met Kayla for the first time.
He ended up missing his date with Viv. They broke up that night. -

Next day, he went to work where he accidently let Foo Foo 14 loose in the lab. He chased the rabbit to a secret elevator door, where he ran into Judith Ryan. -

Eli and Kayla met for a met for tennis and got to know eachother more. -

Next day, him, Kayla, and Dr. Wyatt had breakfast again.
After, Eli met his father at the nursing home where his mother died. -

At the funeral, both Viv and Kayla showed up.
Eli never spoke to Viv.
His father did notice Kayla's familiar appearance. -

Went to work the next day to the secret elevator again where he noticed the level pad. It had levels B1-B5, instead of B1-B4. -

Eli's father decided to go through all his mother's things.
He is shown a picture of his mother at 18...that looks just like Kayla. -

Viv and Eli got back together.
He asked her to go to the library and find the building floor plan blue prints of Dr. Wyatt's office. -

He remembers a childhood flashback. Realizes that something illegal must have been done. -

Eli had lots of questions..so he went to Dr. Wyatt.
He found out that him and Kayla and others were made in the lab. -

In the middle of the night, Viv made Eli and his father talk to eachother about everything they knew -

Eli went to the elevator again with Foo Foo 14 where he ran into Kayla. Turns out she had Dr. Wyatts key card and they were both searching for the same answers. -

There they went into the lab and exam rooms to get on a computer to look through all files pertaining to Kayla.
Her file was found, and on it Eli read that she was HD positive..and that Dr. Wyatt did it on purpose. -

They were going to tell the police about it so they kept CD back-ups with all the information.
When leaving they saw Dr. Wyatt in the elevator. -

Kayla attacked Dr. Wyatt literally wanting to kill him for all that he's done.
Eli stopped her and he called his father to get them. -

Dr. Wyatt, Judith Ryan, & other top scientists all disappeared after that.
Wyatt Transgenics died but General Transgenics is still active. -

Eli applied for college was accepted into the bioethics seminar by Dr. Fukuyama.
Him and Kayla plan to look at the data they kept in the CD back-ups and learn how to read it and to learn what it all means. -
