Donna Haraway received a degree in philosophy and zoology from Colorado College, as well as her PhD in Biology from Yale. She taught at the University of Hawaii and John Hopkins University, a professor in Women's Studies and History of Science. She currently teaches History of Consciousness at the University of California in Santa Cruz. Haraway has contributed majorly to philosophy with her many publications. Modern feminsim an cyberculture, would not be the same without her.
