Third doctor introduced

the third doctor was originally going to be an earth-based doctor, working for U.N.I.T helping defend earth from aliens, but the directors found they didn'y have much to work with, and the doctor started travelling in time and space again. -
The fourth doctor introduced
Tom bake (the fourth Doctor) was, and still is, the longest-lived incarnation of the Doctor in the show's on-screen history. The Fourth Doctor appeared in 172 episodes. The Fourth Doctor's time created a significant boost in viewers, averaging between 8 to 10 million viewers in just his first year. he has been voted by doctor who magazines polls 'best doctor' 3 times . -
Fifth Doctor introduced

The Fifth Doctor's era was notable for a "back to the basics" attitude, in which "silly" humour (and, to an extent, horror) was kept to a minimum, and more scientific accuracy was encouraged by the producer. It was also notable for the reintroduction of many of the Time Lord's enemies, such as the Master & Cybermen. -

This doctor looks somewhat like severus snape from Harry potter. this doctor was only in one episode because nobody liked him. The one episode he was in disobeyed all the rules and storylines set up by the previous doctors. -

The Ninth Doctor was introduced

Chrisopher Ecolsen was the 9th doctor. He played the part very plain and didn't include much humor. His companion Rose tyler is more popular than him and appers in episodes long after this doctor. However rose was stuck in a parallel universe and somehow keeps managing to return, even though every time she does the doctor says 'this is the last time'. -
the Tenth doctor introduced

David Tennant (in my opinion) was the best and awesomest doctor ever. he was popular too. This Doctor meets queen Victoria and livens up the show after the depressing performance of the 9th doctor. -
the eleventh doctor introduced
The eleventh doctor was introduced on christmas day and first appeared at the elnd of David Tennants last special. (I should know i was there at the screening in england) it occured at a very inconvenient time during christmas dinner.
