He studied natural philosophy. His mentor first came up with the Atomic Theory but later Democritus adopted the Theory. It stated that: The the universe is composed of two elements. The atoms and the void in which they exist and move. -
Robert Brown (1773-1858)
Robert Brown's contributions include detailed description of the cell nucleus and cytoplasmic streaming and most importantly the observation of Brownian Motion. -
Albert Einstein (1879-1955)
Einstein's idea of atoms was a shortcut for thinking how matter worked. He further explained the theory of Robert Brown that the pollen grains move in water because they were being bombarded by the moving water particles. -
Aristotle (460-322 BC)
In Aristotle's view, Universals exist only where they are instantiated. -
John Dalton (1766-1844 BC)
Dalton's Theory was that all matter is made of discrete particles called atoms. Atoms are invisible and indestructible.
