Upon recommendation from the chair of the faculty senate committee, the entire faculty senate is asked to vote on the proposed curriculum change.

Upon reviewing the requested curriculum change by the college wide committee a meeting is held with the proposer of the intended change.

Once accepted by faculty senate final approval is sought from two senior academic adminstrators.
