On April 17 , 1961 , the Cia force of 1,400 untrained cuban refugees landed at the swampy bay of pigs on the southern coast of Cuba. An cuban millitary force of 20,000 soldiers demolished them and ended up capturing 1,100 men and putting them in prisson. -
