    -Purchasing mean and paultry last. -Package Cold Things Together
  • Storing

    -Refrigerate as soon as you get home. -Store meat in plastic bags or on plate to prevent dripping in refrigerate.

    -Wash hands with soapy and warm water before you befoe and after handling food. -When in doubt, throw it out!

    -Cook food throughly to destroy bacteria. -Don't eat raw eggs.
  • Serving

    -Keep hot food's hot and cold foods cold. -Never leave foods out in room teperture for around two hours.
  • Handling Leftovers

    -Cool Leftovers as quickly as possible -Divide into shallow containers for qick cooling.

    Wash all utensils, pans, plates, ect. with ho soapy water. -Put washcloth, towels and sponges in the washing machine
