in 1862 the homestead act was applied.this was where an ault citizen not rebeled could get 160 acres of government land. -

warbed wire was invented in 1863. it was used to keep things both in, and out like livestock. -
cattle drive
in 1866 long drive changed tp cattle farms. this was easy and had less loss of cattle. -
gold&silver
in 1876 they found large amounts of god and silver, making america a richer country. -

the wil westshow started in 1833, and ended in 1913.i was a show that was made up of acts like sharpshooting. -
buffalo extinction
the extinction of the buffalo never happened in the 1800s the indians came very close to hunting them to extinction.buffalo never really went extinct they were just realy close. -
western expantion
in 1960 the west started having new towns and cities to support all the industries. this would boost economy and spread peope out.
