Russian politican, Khrushchev agreed to help Cuban government to supply nuclear missiles in order to protect Cuba from another American invasion. When USA send spy planes over Cuba they saw missiles sites under construction. Therefore it rose tension being that Cuba was couple miles away from American territory. Later after many words back and forth it was seen how easily the situation could get worse. Khrushchev decided to remove the missiles out and the Limited Nuclear Test Ban formed.
