My timeline begins with the founding date of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. It ends with the inauguration day of January 20, 2021. This is the day that Kamala Harris became the first Female, African American/Asian American Vice President of the United States. This is the 2nd highest governmental position in the United States of America. This served as a proud day for all members of Divine 9 fraternities and sororities, including Alpha Kappa Alpha, which Kamala Harris is a member.

To be incorporated means Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) was more than just a student run club. It became a non-profit organization that provided programs and services to the community that it served.
