  • Adobe Photoshop

    Adobe Photoshop
    On February 19th, 1990, brothers Thomas and John Knoll released Adobe Photoshop. It was first made available in 1990 and has become the most effective photo editing tool ever. The majority of professional photographers utilized it back then. This software inspired many filters and features on the most popular smartphone photo apps, now accessible to anybody with a PC.
  • The Nokia 1011

    The Nokia 1011
    On November 10th, 1992, Nokia released the Nokia 1011. The first mass-produced cell phone, the Nokia 1011, debuted in 1992. For its day, the monochrome LCD and extended antenna were sophisticated. It had 99 phone numbers that it could save, could send and receive text messages, and in 1994 it acquired the distinctive Nokia sound. The Nokia 1011 ran on a network system known as GSM. Unlike older phones, the Nokia could be used to make phone calls from virtually anywhere in the world.
  • The World Wide Web

    The World Wide Web
    On April 30th, 1993, the World Wide Web became available to the broader public. Tim Berners-Lee and Robert Cailiau invented the World Wide Web. The World Wide Web transformed the internet and enabled individuals to build interactive websites with pictures and linkages. Thanks to the world wide web, everyone, not just researchers, now has access to the internet. It connected the world, greatly facilitating communication, sharing, and information access.
  • Yahoo!

    Yahoo!
    On February 1st, 1994, graduate students from Stanford University, Jerry Yang and David Filo, founded Yahoo! Web service provider. Yahoo.com provides a search engine and a directory of World Wide Web pages arranged in a topical hierarchy. Yahoo's online gateway first served as a web directory, but it soon expanded to offer other services, including email, news, and finance. Yahoo's most outstanding achievement was changing and improving how the world locates information.
  • The Playstation

    The Playstation
    On December 3rd, 1994, Sony Interactive Entertainment released the PlayStation, a home gaming console. With the release of the PlayStation, a brand-new market for upmarket gaming that adults would fast come to enjoy emerged. Previously, video game consoles were regarded to be mainly for children. The adoption of a CD-ROM format allows for the creation of games that are more detailed and realistic. More than 100 million copies were sold, making it a massive success.
  • Amazon

    Amazon
    On July 16th, 1995 Since 1995, Jeff Bezos released Amazon. When Amazon originally started, it was an online bookseller that catered to everybody with an Internet connection, offering the most extensive assortment of books. The development of the Kindle and tablets, which interact with people's devices at home, has revolutionized how people buy books and nearly anything else, read, and access media.
  • The Nintendo 64

    The Nintendo 64
    On June 23rd, 1996, Nintendo released the N64. The Nintendo 64 is a home gaming console and was the first console with 3D graphics. The Nintendo 64 was the first four-player console and the only 64-bit system available. The N64 was a reliable platform and a significant contribution to gaming history. At the end of the 20th century, it offered us iconic games that defied convention and were crucial in introducing a new generation of children to digital technology.
  • The Palm Pilot

    The Palm Pilot
    On March 10th, 1997, Palm Inc released the Palm Pilot. The Palm Pilot was a PDA, a personal digital assistant. This could be considered the precursor of modern digital assistants like Siri or Alexa. This initial design featured a serial communications connector and a monochrome touchscreen. A digital calendar and organizer were only available on the Palm Pilot because cell phones were exclusively used for making calls.
