Begining
Katniss, Peeta, and Haymich are living in the victors village. Katniss is haunted by the memory of the hunger games. -
Katniss meets Snow
Katniss meets President Snow who tells her that districts are rebelling. He tells her that she has to show the districts that using the berries to have won the hunger games was an act of love instead of rebellion. -
Victory Tour
Katniss tries to show that the she was going to eat the berries as an act of love not rebellion, but fails. -
Party
Katniss is invited to a party at the capitol where she meets the gamemaker. She is disguisted by the lack of morals at the party. -
Quarter Quell
Katniss learns that this years reaping will draw from the victors. This means she has to go into the hunger games for a second time. -
Arrival
Katniss and Peeta arrive at the capitol, meeting the other tributes. -
Training
Katniss makes allies with some of the other tributes while training. Most of the allies are considered as weak. -
Interviews
The tributes are interviewed and try to get the games cancelled. They show rebellious behavior but ultimately fail. -
The Games
The tributes arrive at the tropical areana. In the first day Katniss allies with Peeta, Finnick, and other tributes. -
Day 2
Katniss and company realize that the arena works like a clock where each hour a danger appears in the section corresponding to that hour. -
Day 3
Katniss and company come up with a plan to kill the remaining tributes. They will connect a wire from a tree that at midnight is struck by lightning to a lake in the center of the arena to electrocute them. -
Day 4
Katniss learns that her allies had been planning all along to break the arena by electrocuting the force fied keeping them in. The plan succeeds and a rebel ship pick them up as Katniss falls unconcious. -
End
Katniss wakes up and learns that district 13, which was previously thought to have been destroyed, thrives underground and is the capitol of the resistance. She also learns district twelve, her home, has been destroyed.
