A tale of two cities

  • Dr. Manette is put in Bastille (Jail)

  • Lucie finds out that Doctor Mannette is her father

  • Darnay is accused for treason

    Darnary is accused of treason against the English crown. His buddy Carton helps him in court

  • Marquis dies

    Marquis (Darnays uncle) dies the night that Darnay renounces his identity as a Evremonde

  • Darnay asks Manette for Lucies hand

    Darnay asks Mannette for permission to marry Lucie without revealing who he was. Mannette eventually finds out it was Darnay and joins them on their honeymoon.

  • French revolution begins

  • Darnay recieves a letter for help

    Gabelle, a man taking care of the Evremonde estate, writes to Darney for help in escaping prison in Paris. Darney goes immediately and gets arrested upon arrival. Mannette and Lucie go to help him.

  • Carton arrives at Paris

    Carton arrives at Paris with a plan to rescue Darney

  • Carton rescues Darney, but dies

    Carton saves Darney and his family by taking Darneys spot in jail and pretending to be him. He dies knowing that he did something worth meaning

  • Darneys trial begins

    Mannette uses his influence to get Darney out and Darney is freed. Until he is arrested again that same night.
