    The coroner/ME notifies the CFRP chairperson and they determine if a review is needed.

  • Meeting is Scheduled

    A meeting invite is sent by the Chair to the CFRP.

    CFRP Meeting

    A CFRP meeting is held at the county courthouse and the case is discussed.
  • Data Entry

    Data Entry

    The Chair enters all data into the NCFRP system.
