    This was the biggest Allied invasion of the war. They were heading towards the five beaches along Normandy. Masive air attacks and paratroppers were to attack the beaches. The Allies could land milions of troops within two to three weeks also they kept their attack to secret form the Germans. Also due to Germany's inaccuracy of the Allies attack, the German defence was poorly coordinated. Meanwile there was moving moments such as the Canadian are welcome as liberatoes in Europe.
